Terms of service
1. Order
When your order is completed, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. This confirmation contains details of your selected products, prices, as well as billing and delivery addresses.
If you notice any errors in the order confirmation, you must contact us immediately at info@perkeleheritage.com.
You may also request an invoice from us if needed.
2. Delivery
Delivery times:
- Finland: 3–8 days
- Sweden: 2–6 days
- EU: 3–8 days
During periods of high demand (e.g. holidays or vacation seasons), delivery times may be longer. All delivery times are estimates.
Orders placed on weekends are shipped the following week.
Pre-orders
For pre-orders, an estimated delivery date is provided. Delays may occur due to production or supply chain disruptions. We will keep you updated via email.
If your order includes a pre-order item, the shipping time refers to the time it takes to ship the item once it arrives at our warehouse. If an item is a pre-order item, this will be indicated in the product description.
Please also check your spam folder for updates.
If significant delays occur without prior notice, contact us at info@perkeleheritage.com.
Delivery issues and tracking
PostNord may sometimes deliver parcels to an agent even if marked as delivered. Tracking notifications may be delayed by up to 2 days.
If tracking shows delivery but you have not received the parcel:
- Contact your nearest postal agent with your tracking number
- If still not found within 2 weeks, file a police report
3. Prices
All prices include 25% VAT.
We reserve the right to adjust prices due to:
- Supplier price changes
- Printing errors
- Incorrect information
4. Right of Withdrawal (14 days)
You have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the product.
4.1 Exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the product at info@perkeleheritage.com.
Your message must include:
- Full name
- Address
- Email address
- Order number
- Items being returned
You must return the products no later than 14 days after notifying us.
If communication fails due to technical issues, you may also contact us via social media.
Return conditions
You are responsible for:
- Return shipping costs
- Delivery costs
- Condition of the returned items
Products must be returned in original packaging and in good condition.
We reserve the right to deduct value reduction if the item is used or damaged.
Refunds
Refunds are issued once the returned goods have been received and inspected.
Processing time: 1–10 days after approval.

Return fees
- Finland: 13 EUR
- Sweden: 90 SEK
- EU (excluding Sweden & Finland): 18 EUR
- Outside EU: 25 EUR
For orders over 100 EUR / 1000 SEK:
Return fee is 15% of order value.
Mystery Box and similar products are custom/personalized and non-returnable.
Return fees are deducted from the refund regardless of whether the full or partial order is returned.
Exchanges
For exchanges, contact info@perkeleheritage.com.
Promotions
If items purchased under promotions (e.g. “Buy 3, pay for 2”) are partially returned:
- The promotion is void
- Remaining items are charged at full price
Discount codes cannot be applied retroactively.
4.2 Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Sealed products that have been opened and cannot be returned for health/hygiene reasons (e.g. underwear, water bottles, used snus containers)
- Sealed audio/video products with broken seals
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Services fully performed with prior consent
- Perishable goods (e.g. food)
- Single issues of newspapers or magazines
- Orders cancelled after 14 days
4.3 Refund information
Refunds typically take 1–2 business days after processing.
If a payment provider (e.g. Klarna) issues a refund or chargeback due to alleged non-delivery, despite documentation proving shipment or delivery, we reserve the right to take legal and financial action to correct the transaction.
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify:
- Whether the product is a pre-order
- Applicable delivery terms
The shipping time shown at checkout refers to the time it takes to ship the item once it is available from our warehouse. If the product is a pre-order item, the shipping time refers to the time it takes to ship the item once the pre-order has arrived at our warehouse. If the product is a pre-order item, this will be noted in the product description.
4.4 Unclaimed packages
Unclaimed packages are subject to a handling fee:
- 20 EUR / 200 SEK
- 35 EUR / 350 SEK (orders over 100 EUR / 1000 SEK after discounts)
You are responsible for notifying us if you do not wish to receive the package. You are also responsible for any shipping costs incurred.
5. Complaints (Claims & Defects)
All products are inspected before shipment.
If a product is defective or incorrectly delivered, we will rectify the issue in accordance with consumer protection law at no cost.
Important conditions
- Contact us before returning any defective item
- Report defects immediately upon discovery
- Third-party repairs require prior approval
- Receipts are required for approved repairs
- We verify all third-party repairs
We may reject claims if the product is not deemed defective under applicable law.
We follow guidelines from the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN): arn.se
If damage is caused by the customer, we may recommend contacting their insurance provider.
5.1 How to file a complaint

Include:
- Name
- Address
- Order number
- Description of the issue
We will primarily:
- Repair the product, or
- Replace it with an equivalent product
If not possible, a refund should be issued if we determine that the product has a manufacturing defect.
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages resulting from product use.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control (Force Majeure), including but not limited to:
- Labor disputes
- Fire
- War
- Government actions
- Supplier shortages
We are also not responsible for changes made by suppliers or other external factors.
7. Product Information
We reserve the right for:
- Typographical errors
- Stock depletion
Images are illustrative and may differ from actual product appearance due to screen settings, lighting, and resolution.
8. Cookies
We use cookies in accordance with applicable electronic communication legislation.
Cookies are small text files stored on your device to improve website functionality and user experience.
You can disable cookies in your browser settings.
By using the website, you consent to the use of cookies.

9. Personal Data (GDPR)
By shopping at Perkele Heritage, you accept our privacy policy.
We only collect data necessary to process your order and never sell personal data without legal basis.
We are the data controller for all personal data collected.

Data is stored as long as legally required (e.g. accounting laws or contract fulfillment).

By using the website or placing an order, you accept the latest version.

Disputes should primarily be resolved through customer service.

We follow decisions from ARN or equivalent bodies.
Swedish law applies to all interpretations.
