Delivery time (working days)

For products in stock:

• Finland: 3–8 days

• Sweden: 2–6 days

• Rest of EU: 3–8 days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary.

Pre-orders

For pre-order products, delivery time starts from the date the product arrives in our warehouse.

If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, it may be shipped once all items are available.

Shipping method

All orders are shipped with PostNord.

Tracking information is provided when available.

Incorrect address & unclaimed parcels

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address details, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs for reshipment.

If a parcel is not collected from the service point and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a handling and return shipping fee. If the customer requests a refund instead of reshipment, the return shipping and handling costs will be deducted from the refund.
