I haven't received my package yet
Is your package missing? Here’s what to do:
1. Check if your order includes a pre-order item: If your order includes a pre-order item (this is noted in the product description), the entire order is usually shipped only once everything is in stock.
2. Search your home: Check your mailbox, the area around your door, and ask other members of your household if anyone has brought it inside.
3. Track it in the app & check your spam folder: Search for the tracking number in the PostNord app. Also check your text messages, emails, and spam folder for any missed notifications.
4. Does the package show as “delivered” but hasn’t arrived? Unfortunately, PostNord sometimes marks packages as delivered when they’ve actually been sent to a pickup location. Wait up to 5 business days and visit your nearest pickup location with the tracking number. The package is sometimes waiting there.
Tip: Always provide your phone number when ordering to reduce the risk of missed notifications.
When will I get my order
Standard delivery times are 3–8 days in Finland, 2–6 days in Sweden, and 3–8 days in the rest of the EU. During weekends, holidays, or periods of high demand, delivery may take an extra day or two. If you’ve selected tracked shipping, you should be able to download the PostNord app to track your package.
If you’ve purchased a pre-order item, the expected delivery date is listed in the product description.
Do I have to pay import fees
We ship from our warehouse in Sweden. Orders within the EU are normally delivered without customs duties or import fees, and the price shown at checkout is what you pay.
Åland
Orders to Åland may be treated as imports. This means import VAT and/or handling fees may be charged upon delivery by local authorities or carriers. These costs are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Outside the EU
Orders outside the EU are treated as exports and may be subject to import duties, import VAT, and/or handling fees depending on local regulations. These costs are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient.
